Career Summary
Todd Clark started right out of college in 1990 in property management with StudioPLUS Hotels. His last position with them was National Director of Sales and Operations where he was responsible for 30 hotels in the mid-west and southeast regions. He left at the end of 1997 when the company was sold. After which, Todd obtained his real estate license and sold commercial real estate until he later became the Vice President of Operations in 2000 for Office Suites PLUS. In 2003 Todd obtained his broker’s license and started his own firm, Clark Southern Investment Properties. Clark Southern develops, owns and manages commercial real estate ventures in the hotel, office, and retail sectors. Todd now brokers and leases properties for himself and others through Sperry Van Ness.

Matt Stone serves as an associate for Sperry Van Ness specializing in the sale and leasing of retail, land, industrial, and investment properties in Lexington, Kentucky. Working directly with Jeff Yeary, Steve Pulliam and John Bronaugh, Stone brings a family background in the horse business along with great ambition and drive to the Lexington team.
Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Stone served in the direct ministry for Young Life, where he gained experience working directly with donors and volunteers. He was a part of a team that consistently increased the annual budget, developed a support program that was adopted citywide, and organized and executed numerous summer camps and weekend trips. Previously, he served as the assistant golf coach for Henry Clay High School.
Stone earned a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in mathematics education from the University of Kentucky. As one of the top 20 percent of his MBA class, he was inducted as a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma National Honors Society from the Gatton College of Business and Economics in 2006.
